8 down 4 to go!!!!

Well it's end of week eight and Bill and I are feeling really good... I got boot camper of the day on Wednesday!!  I did not expect that.  I have noticed myself getting stronger and more confident with the workouts especially with my upper body strength.  It has improved quite a bit.  I went shopping today and actually bought a pair of pants 2 sizes smaller than usual!!!  This was very exciting.!!!  Bill also put on a pair of pants he hasn't been able to get into for over a year and they fit great!!!  We are almost at the end of week one of warp speed..hoping for some good results..  I can't believe we only have four weeks left .  It has gone by very fast.  Everyone is very supportive at boot camp which makes it more enjoyable.  We cheer eachother on every morning.  Bill and I are in lead by a small margin.  It's going to be a close finish I can tell.  Everyone is working really hard!!!!

half way mark

Well it's week six, the halfway mark...It sure went by fast!!!!  We got measured this week and we are pleased with the results.  The workouts are getting more aggressive....less time to rest between excersises...Bill and I actually look forward to the workouts now..except for the getting up at 5:30am to go!!!!  Now that is getting lighter out in the morning it's not as bad...

We've both have dropped a pant size and other clothes are starting to fit better..Bill started the Moosers with high blood pressure and it has steadily dropped with his progress....The doctor said it should be normal by the time the 12 weeks are through...Love that!!!!  It will be interesting to see what the next six week involve...

week 3

It's week 3 and the muscles seem to be getting sore again.  It's probably because they have been dormant so long....I missed work out today because of a cold...I got no sleep and was exhausted...But my husband got up and went with out me and got the Boot Camper of the Day award!!!  Way to go!!!!  I wish I could of been there for him...  Well I'm feeling a little better today, I'm going to go to bed early so I can go to Cardio tomorrow...Bye for now..

week 2

Well it's day 2 of week 2 and Bill and I are feeling pretty good.  Our energy levels have increased and the soreness is going away... It was nice to have the weekend off and to sleep in a little.  The toughest thing to do is to get up at 5:30am to go to class.  My boys have been great, they have been getting themselves off to school with out me.  After all they should be when you're in 7th and 9th grade!!!  Food hasn't been a problem except for trying to get in the required 5 small meals a day.  Sometimes you forget or are not in a place you can access food.  Bill is finding the food boring...not enough flavor.  I need to find some better recipes.  He is also missing his sweets!!!

biggestmooser

Just started my first workout for the Biggest Mooser 2011!!! It was a shock to my body.  I haven't done that kind of workout in a long time!!!  I'm sure it will get better the longer I do it.
